In order to cancel your account we need a written letter(on company letterhead if applicable, and signed by a company official with signatory power) stating your intent to cancel sent via certified mail to 340 S. Lemon Ave #9233 Los Angeles, Ca 91789. This request has to state that you are requesting your account be canceled with 30 days notice. Once received we will cancel your account at the end of the month following the 30th day of the date the notice was received.

Please note that, in most cases, once we cancel your account we will be unable to re-enable it without going through the entire setup process.
